About us

We think waiting in line should feel like being expected.

ezpila — “ez” plus pila, the Filipino word for queue — is queue management built for micro, small, and medium businesses in the Philippines.

Walk into a busy neighborhood clinic, a barbershop on a Saturday, or a bakery at 6pm and you will find the same scene: a cluster of people near the counter, nobody quite sure who is next, and one staff member trying to remember the order while also doing their actual job. The tools that fix this properly were built for institutions with an IT budget.

ezpila is our attempt at the version those institutions never needed: one that costs nothing to start, sets up in minutes on a phone, and does not fall over when the internet does.

Small businesses first

Most queue software is priced and designed for malls and hospitals. ezpila starts free and stays usable by a two-person shop with one counter and one phone.

Works on a bad connection

Connectivity in the Philippines is uneven and that is not the shop owner's fault. The line has to keep moving offline, so offline is not a paid add-on — every plan has it.

Kind to the person waiting

A queue is a promise: you will be seen, in order, and you will know roughly when. Everything we build is judged by whether the wait feels fairer and calmer.

Your data is yours

One business can never see another's tickets — enforced in the app and again in the database. We do not sell customer information, and we collect as little as a queue needs.

Who it is for

Cafés and milk tea shops. Salons, barbershops, and spas. Clinics, dental offices, and pharmacies. Repair counters, lending and remittance windows, government-style service desks, and any bakery that has ever had a rush. If people wait for you, ezpila is for you.

Talk to us

We are small, and we read everything. Tell us what your counter actually needs at support@ezpila.com, or start a queue and see how it feels.
