Questions about plans and billing
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Micro plan costs nothing, needs no credit card, and covers up to 100 customers a day with offline mode and the live board included. We only ask you to upgrade when you consistently serve more than that.
What happens if I go over my daily customer limit?
Your line does not stop. We allow a buffer above the nominal cap so a busy day never turns customers away, and we let the owner know it is time to look at the next tier.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
Which plan should I pick?
Choose by how many customers you serve on a normal day, not by features - offline mode and the live board are in every plan. If you are unsure, start on the free Micro plan; moving up later keeps all your data.
